In order to further strengthen the care and concern for employees and improve their ability to self rescue in emergency situations, on the morning of April 26th, ALLUBE Technology Group specially invited the China Lion Federation Jingwei Service Team to our company to hold an emergency rescue science popularization lecture.
The teachers of the Jingwei Service Team popularized emergency rescue knowledge to the participating employees through theoretical explanations and on-site demonstrations, and introduced the "Golden Four Minutes" operation process of saving lives with real cases. At the same time, with the help of a human body model, on-site guidance was provided to the trainees to practice the operational skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which greatly benefited all participants.
At the lecture, Teacher Wang gave detailed explanations and demonstrations to the trainees on emergency rescue knowledge such as the first aid treatment of airway foreign body obstruction, the operation process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the use of AEDs, using vivid language and real cases. During the training process, emphasis was placed on the combination of lectures and exercises, as well as the integration of practice and performance. Q&A sessions were interspersed to enhance classroom interactivity. The participating employees listened attentively and actively participated in interactive exercises, resulting in good training outcomes.
Demonstration and explanation of Heimlich press operation
The rescuer stands behind the rescued person
Extend both arms from behind to the area between the navel and ribs
One hand clenched into a fist, the other hand wrapped around the fist
Quickly and forcefully impact inward and upward until the foreign object is expelled
Explanation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation compression operation
1、 Judgment consciousness (within 10 seconds)
Upon discovering someone suddenly falling to the ground on site, once the safety of the emergency site is confirmed, the patient's responsiveness should be immediately checked. Shout or gently shake their shoulders and loudly ask, "Hey, what's wrong with you?" (shaking lightly and shouting heavily)
If the patient has no response, no breathing, or only wheezing, the rescuer should suspect cardiac arrest. Immediately call for help nearby. Simultaneously check the respiratory pulse and activate the emergency response system.
2、 External chest compressions
The patient lies supine on a hard bed or floor. If it is a soft bed, a wooden board should be placed under the body to ensure effective compression. Rescuers should be placed close to one side of the patient's chest. To ensure that the pressure is applied vertically to the sternum, rescuers can adopt different positions such as kneeling or using a footstool according to the height of the patient's position.
Chest compression method: Place the base of the palm of the left hand in the compression area, overlap the right hand on the back of the left hand, and press the chest wall with the fingers of both hands (clasped together). Place both shoulders directly above the sternum and press down vertically on the shoulders, arms, and elbows. When lifting, do not let the palm root leave the chest wall.
3、 Artificial respiration
Method: Mouth to mouth, mouth to nose, mouth to face mask, balloon mask, the most commonly used and convenient is the balloon mask.
Single person operation, compression to artificial respiration ratio of 30:2, rescue by two or more people, compression to respiration ratio of 15:2.

One more person who understands first aid knowledge is fighting for one more second of survival for patients! Details determine success or failure, every action and process may seem simple, but it is difficult to be precise. The purpose of each training session is to enable participants to better master emergency operation skills.
This emergency rescue training lecture has made ALLUBE trainees truly feel the importance of learning first aid knowledge. We believe that if they encounter similar emergencies in their future work and life, they can carry out self rescue and mutual assistance well, ensure the physical health and safety of individuals and others, and provide strong support for the safety production of the enterprise!
